Privacy Note

What we keep: your email address and password (stored encrypted, which means we can't see it), and whatever you put in your profile: name, phone, city, playing age, gender, height, union status, skills, reel links, headshot and resume. If you submit for a role, we keep that submission and our casting notes on it.

What it's used for: casting Rutledge Productions projects, and nothing else. We don't sell it, and we don't share it outside the production team working on the project you submitted to.

Children: only a parent or legal guardian can create a profile for someone under 18. The profile lives under the parent's account, the parent's consent is recorded, and all contact goes through the parent.

Your control: you can edit or delete any profile at any time. Delete my account on your account page removes your account, profiles, headshots and resumes right away. Our nightly server backups roll off after 14 days, so after that nothing remains.

Emails: we only email you about your account and your submissions.
