Have a question for other filmmakers.Indiana passed the film incentive 2 years ago. This year my company was filming our third feature for this incentive. We applied and filled out the form for the incentive. We received a letter thanking us for submitting it. It stated that at this time we were not qualified. We met the required budget, and we hired our crew from Indiana. Our set builders were from Ball State.We filmed in Indiana, only actors not from Indiana were from Atlanta, California, and Louisiana. Our Lead was an A-lister in the Horror genre Bill Moseley.We called the Indiana Film Commission, and they told us that the incentive was transferred to the Tourist department, when we called the Tourist office we were informed it had been moved again.Has anyone been able to get any answers on the Indiana film incentive?We have completed filming and are now in post. From the information that the bill gives us, we have 5 years to collect. If anyone can provide information it would be greatly appreciated.
